I contacted Emerald Contracting for a quote to build a new backyard fence. I met with the owner and he provided a written estimate that was competitive with previous quotes. A week before the work was to begin my 40 year old fence fell to the ground. Colin and his crew were able to start a few days earlier which I really appreciated.
